Wow!! I have a lot to learn about cloth diapers! Even thgouh I used them for three kids, and started on my fourth (sensitive skinned Jenni)! my favorite diapers were square, and I folded them to fit the kid, whatever size he or she was! I believe it is called the kite fold . I bought some, and made some myself, for the kind I used I just bought white flannel and cut them square and all I had to sew was a hem on each end the selvedge edge did not have to be finished. For nights when they got older I just folded two diapers together and voila I had double strength!! This way might not be new and improved, but I bet in the long run it would be cheaper! Of course I had to use Plastic Pants to keep the moisture in. Love You!
